2. Service Description

ralfyindex.com allows registered users to upload URLs for indexing in Google. To use this service, users must create an account with their email address and purchase credits. One credit allows the submission one URL for indexing.

Indexing can't be guaranteed. You will receive crawls from Googlebot, which leads to indexing within 24h of URLs of regular quality. Pages that are excluded from indexing through meta robots noindex or blocking through robots.txt can't be indexed. In addition to that extremely spammy content often can't be indexed.

3. Paid Services

• Submitting URLs for indexing requires purchasing credits
• 1 credit = 1 URL check
• Payments are processed through Lemon Squeezy
• No refunds are provided once credits are used

You are responsible for uploading correct URLs. No refunds can be given for malformed URLs.

4. Acceptable Use

Users must not misuse the service, including but not limited to:

• Automated or excessive requests that overload the system.
• Using the service for illegal or unethical activities.
• Attempting to bypass security measures or manipulate results.

5. No Warranty & Limitation of Liability

• The service is provided "as is" without any guarantees.
• No liability arises from any damages resulting from the use of this service.

6. Account Deletion

Account deletion can be requested by contacting support. Once deleted, all associated data, including remaining credits, will be permanently lost."

7. Changes to Terms

The right to update these Terms of Service at any time is reserved. Continued use of the service after changes implies acceptance of the updated terms.

1. General Refund Policy

Purchased credits are non-refundable and all sales are final.

Also unused credits are non refundable, and no partial refunds on unused credits are granted. RalfyIndex is no bank. Please plan your purchases and your credit consumption accordingly.

No refunds are given on not indexed URLs. The reasons why URLs don't index are diverse and out of my control. They solely depend on the algorithms of the search engines. Please verify upfront if the URLs you want to submit can actually be indexed and how the current search engine algorithms react to your URLs.

2. Immediate Performance and Right of Withdrawal

By purchasing credits, you expressly request that the credits be added to your account immediately and that RalfyIndex begins providing the related digital services before the end of the applicable 14-day withdrawal period.

You acknowledge that your right of withdrawal will expire once the service has been fully performed. Where the service is fully performed when the credits are added to your account, your right of withdrawal expires at that time.
